Risoles Ragout with Bread and Ham-Cheese


This is Risoles Ragout with Bread and Ham - Cheese. The flavor of the cheese melted is very tasty and very tasteless! This is just simple and easy. - ala Hansen ;)


Below this is ingredients and procedure:

 You need white bread without skin, ham, flour, white egg, onion, bread flour, milk, cheese, butter, and salt/pepper (seasoning).

Now, you prepare for dough, such as cutting the ham, scar the cheese, milk with hot water, pounding the onion, butter, flour, and salt/pepper (seasoning).

Melting the butter first...

Then, put the onion which was pounded...

 Next, put the ham till ripe and fragrant...

 Put flour, seasoning, and cheese. Stir until evenly and condensed..

Preparing for bread and stuffing in the bread...

Put the bread and push till wider and thinner...

Pouring the dough...

Folding the bread...

Dipping into the white egg...

 Then, overthrow the bread into the bread flour...

Ready for frying...

Frying until ripe and browned...

Finally! This called is Risoles. Then, served them! enjoy eating yoo! Yummy ;p !!! That cheese in the risoles is very tasteless!!
